Expectations are curated based on your behaviour. You simply only respond during the work hours you have created for yourself. So if you get a message at 6pm and you only work between 9am-5pm than respond right at 9am the very next day. Eventually the person will expect that you work only during certain hours. You can spend as much time as you want "communicating" your work hours, but the only way to establish the expectation is simply only working during your work hours. But this only is applicable if you have a good work ethic. If you don't your co-workers will just "expect" you are slacking off. lol

I would simply say “No, I’m at capacity right now” Nobody ever says that because they create stories in their head that they will get fired if they refuse work or won’t get the promotion. But the reality is by drawing clear boundaries when you are overwhelmed (and actually working at capacity, not going to the gym when you should be working remotely) it will actually work in your favor. Also seeing if you determine as a team if there are certain tasks that you enjoy and can complete faster and offer to take on more of those tasks.

I love what Raquel Collazo said about consistency and the only thing I would add is. Let it be easy. Don't try and recreate the wheel. What is the content that you consume. The images, memes, articles and topics and add your spin on it or find a way to blend that content to make it relevant to your industry. People might consider this "copying" but that is literally what social is right now. Plus, by making this a habit, you will start to get into a creative place and start creating your own original content.

Speaking to other organization or customers using the product is huge. They will tell you all the features that impress them and all the things they would change at the drop of a dime. Never accept that a vendor will do things after you have become a customer. Have them show you exactly what you are looking for before you sign on the dotted line

I think we may want to reconsider how we view volunteering. Its always measured in time and I think it needs to be more results oriented. You volunteer to complete a certain project with measurable deliverables and then once that project is complete the expectation of spending more time on a new project can either be completed or renewed Most of the "volunteering" I have seen is alot of people that talk with very little execution or results, because there really isn't a project to complete and mostly its a time commitment where everyone is waiting on the other person to tell them what to do. IMO

As a new entrepreneur many of your first sales are going to be through existing relationships. Having a significant personal brand can usually remove much of the objections around credibility or ability to deliver the product / service you are selling. Plus in the early days you may not have money for marketing and your personal brand creating organic content might be the only thing getting the word out there.
